My iCloud reach the maximum login limit

I always see ”the maximum number of free accounts have been activated on this iPhone” anytime I try to sign in my iCloud why?

Start here:--> If you see a Could Not Create Apple ID or Could Not Set Up iCloud message - Apple Support
