My iPad Air 2 is stuck on the system update IOS 15.5

The update won't complete. It says "estimated time remaining" but won't give the time. Any suggestions?

Brand new ipad air 5th Gen is stuck and won't update Hello! I got my iPad air 5th gen yesterday and have been trying to set it up. However, it won't let me get past the update software screen.
