Why is my new brand iPhone 11 glitching?

Hello I got a new brand iPhone 11 from a network operator in my country. But when I started using my phone the same day it started glitching (Look at the pictures), I tried everything, hard reset, removing the true tone, force restart, everything, I even gave my phone for repair (two times) but the first time they said that it's software problem, the second time they did nothing. I also don't think the problem is my storage because I used 25GB of 64GB. I don't know what to do anymore please give me some advice! Thank you!

It appears to have a faulty screen. Normal warranty in a civilised country should mean a fast replacement but...

First try a Forced restart Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)

If no better you should arrange a repair iPhone Service & Repair - Apple Support

Or

 Contact - Official Apple Support

Anything other than Screen or Battery may be a replacement phone and the price is in the article under "Other damage"
