how to log in apple configurator?

I am just a normal apple user. At present, I have to rewrite an OpenVPN file with on-demand. That means I have to use apple configurator. Unfortunately, I do not have an apple business manager account to log in Apple Configurator. Is there any other ways to rewrite the OpenVPN file? or how to upgrade my normal apple ID to an apple business manager account? Thanks
