Trying to get my Ibota acct switched from a Gmail to my new iCloud acct
Need to change the Ibota acct from Gmail to iCloud

Sounds like something to ask the company you have the account with how to switch IDs. They presumably have some sort of tech support site or contact for their accounts and services?
