Way suddenly my microphone is not working I can’t hear people talking only if I use my speakerphone!

My microphone is not working! I can’t hear if someone is talking! If I use my speakerphone I can hear. What can be the problem? This happened over night I did not dropped my phone or nothing just stopped working!
