Friend sent money on Apple Cash. I still do not have it. I verified my identity and I still don’t have it

When using Apple Cash, make sure that you and your friend both have two-factor authentication enabled on your Apple IDs and are both signed in to iCloud. Face ID or Touch ID must be enabled.
Find additional requirements in Set up Apple Cash.
Make sure that you have accepted the terms and conditions for Apple Cash and you should receive the money automatically unless this is your first time using Apple Cash, then you would need to manually accept it.

If you friend verifies that they have sent it successfully, and you have met all requirements, but it's unsuccessful, contact Apple Support.
