volume erased and macOS can’t install

Volume erased and no recovery options available. Any idea how to install Monterey after hard drive partitioned?

The article also includes OS installation.

Having given no details on your Mac, this is just a guess that it's modern enough for this to be applicable.

Thanks for your comment.

Reported issue was resolved by using local ethernet instead of Wi-Fi and it recovered to Catalina then upgraded to Monterey (I gave up the trial version of Ventura) since it was blocking the Wi-Fi for no reason.
