Screen compatibility

I believe the answer to my question will be "NO", but I couldn't find it on Google and other sources so the experts here might be able to help: would the screens of a 2015 A1502 and a 2017 A1708 Macbook Pro 13" be interchangeable? I can see some difference, but I'm curious as I have one with a bad screen and the other with a bad logic board, so trying to create a Frank N Stein monster

No. But you could use an external monitor on the MBP with a bad screen. Makes it not portable, but it may be your only option, except to either pay to have the screen replaced or buy a new MacBook Pro, which isn't damaged.
