refund for duolingo

i am trying to request a refund for duolingo plus and it says “ This purchase doesn't have a receipt”. my payment went through paypal and i have been charged for it. what should i do?

Getting a refund from JumpSpeak Language app The JumpSpeak website states that I need to get my refund from where I initially signed up, which was through the Apple store. There is no record of my having purchased anything from JumpSpeak in my Apple account, yet my Paypal shows two paid charges a week apart. They have not responded to my email. I am also filing a dispute with Paypal. Has anyone else encountered this? Starting to think scam.

Refund inquiry Hi, I requested for a refund for this one subscription on 22 oct. When I checked my status of claim, it said "refunded" and "you have been refunded for this purchase". However, I did not receive any receipts or money in my bank account. The payment method I used for the purchase is debit card.

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

then if it was me then I would reach out directly to apple using their support
