iPhone 12 Software Issues: Green Display Screen Remote ICloud Call Forwarding On
For over a week now, I’ve been experiencing an extremely bright, lime green, flickering light on iPhone 12 display screen. The flashing of light occurring intermittently when device in use, and a permanent green screen display noted to devices’ right upper corner.
No compromise to unit, such as phone dropping from very high distance, excessive handling etc. Apple completed remote diagnostic test last night, after contacting them via message support, that showed “good condition” and no issues noted- as per technician.
With unit battery draining much faster and flickering green display at times almost constant, lead me to believe that spyware/malware involvement a huge likelihood; as ex with access to phone while asleep last week.
Another issue I’ve been having…. When clicking Settings>Cellular> System services, there is something called “RemoteIcloudQuotaUI”. No one at Apple knows for sure what this means and seeing as though this is a personal cell phone, with no VPN/Device Management set up, I find it a bit odd.
Lastly; when I dial *#21#, I receive a message stating:
{Setting Interrogation Failed}
{Data Call Forwarding}
{On All Calls}
Does this mean my calls are being forwarded somewhere?
Tried adjusting display screen/colors in settings and performing factory reset, to no avail.
Can someone please assist in letting me know what’s going on??? Apple unable to answer questions, and only provide broad/generic responses, such as “check out this link for answers;” which is not helpful whatsoever; but rather extremely frustrating! Even more so, simply because I’ve been experiencing issues with Apple iPhones over a year now, with multiple phones bought and countless funds spent, funds in which I don’t have at the moment, but must find, all just to protect my mobile data privacy and security.
Can anymore kindly assist in helping me to understand this? Thank you abundantly!
