Apple Maps displaying incorrect business hours

Hi, I work for a garden furniture company with several different branches. The East Grinstead branch on apple maps is displaying as 'permanently closed' however on google maps the business hours are correct. I have tried to claim the business on 'Place on Maps' however it is not appearing in the search bar. I have tried different combinations - such as full address / company name etc. However it is still not appearing. How do I resolve this issue and get the apple maps business hours correct? This is quite urgent so please let me know when possible.
