Have some difficulties to log the cloud account because I didn't remember my password

Your AppleID password should be the same that you used to login and post here.


If this is YOUR AppleID displayed on the device, you can reset it to something that you DO it know following these instructions:


If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support


Once you’ve done that, you can unlock your device’s Activation Lock.


If it’s NOT your AppleID being displayed, the device will remain non-functional until THAT owner performs the following steps:
