Hi there. I have been locked out of my account using my macbook air due to multiple wrong password trials as I seldom use my password to log in except for my fingerprint. I do not remember my recovery key and password and I would really make use of a password reset now but that has been difficult. Although, my apple ID is connected to my macbook air. Please I need help as I have not been able to do any productive work in the last 24 hours with screaming deadlines and I do not also want to lose any file or doc. Please help.
