My CarPlay just quits in my Jeep Cherokee

My CarPlay just quits in my Jeep Cherokee sometimes & usually at the most in opportune moment. Chrysler no help..thoughts?

Confirm with Chrysler service technicians that your infotainment system is running the latest firmware, and update it if not.


Un-pair and re-pair your iPhone, if you’ve not already tried that.


Failing further assistance from Chrysler and pending something changing at Apple that might effect this, use Bluetooth.


I’ve worked with a somewhat infamous Ford infotainment system, connecting via Bluetooth, and that’s become mostly stable with the most recent update. Hopefully Chrysler gets an update out that fixes this?
