iPhone 13 Pro Max with signal issues, and getting hot

I bought my iPhone 13 Pro Max towards the end of 2021, and when I got it, I absolutely loved it. I have always had Android phones before that. However in the last couple months, my signal and my service have been horrible. I can’t even use my phone in our basement. There are times when it cuts out constantly, and/or loses my calls. It also is getting really hot on the backside once I’ve been on it for awhile, and even sometimes when it’s charging.

wh gets me the most is my oldest got an iPhone 13 Pro at the same time, but his has no issues whatsoever.

Does anyone have any idea of how to correct these issues? I would appreciate any help someone has to offer. Thank you!

After reading this support article:--> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch gets too hot or too cold - Apple Support, for your peace of mind, since your iPhone is still covered by warranty, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

(*) You can do it:

Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above;
Using the "Apple Store" app, available and downloadable from AppStore.
