I can't access ANY apps. A previous remedy says to access VPN. I can’t access Settings or anything bpo

iPhone 14 not acting right. I just got an iPhone 14 four days ago. I am having trouble opening some apps that I use all the time. Can't check to see if there is software update. Could any of this be caused by my AVG VPN? I have reset my network, reset my phone, deleted the app and reloaded. Nothing is working. So disappointed.

App Updates on IOS 18.3.1 not working. Tried resetting network settings. Tried force restarting Can’t turn VPN off to see if that makes a difference though Still can’t update apps now or use them such as WhatsApp stuck on waiting

Loads of problems with my iPhone since new update its very slow or simply keeps telling me I’m not connected to the internet when I am lots of apps won’t work and I am constantly turning the phone on and off to restart I’m having to write this on my iPad as my phone is just useless now
