Been getting this error when ever I access Apple TV from my Vizio smart tv. Very inconvenient and no answers online

Verify that your Vizio TV system software is up-to-date.

Verify that the Apple TV app is up-to-date.

Try deleting and re-installing the Apple TV app.

Try a cold restart of the TV (power-off, not sleep-wake).

Else contact the Apple Support staff for guidance.
