Getting phone calls labeled "Healthcare" instead of organization name as before

Was there a recent update to iOS where organizations that previously showed their individual name as the calling entity are now named as a group? For example, I received phone calls from a hospital and from a medical facility that both came up as "Healthcare" when they are not related and in fact totally unrelated. I never labeled either location and neither phone number is stored in my phone.
