Seeing Apple Login Activity:

There is not an option to see your login activity. Go here to see your devices: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed In - Apple Support

Are you refereeing to the Recent Activity related to your Apple Card? If YES, then open the Wallet app and then tap on the Apple Card. You should then see the most recent activity below it.
