my i phone show unavailable because i interred the passcode wrong so many times

i interred my passcode wrong more than 10 times my phone now show un available than i searched for a way there is video in apple for this issue i did it which is connecting my i phone to pc and than with i tunes i choose restore after that show that (the iphone software update server can not be connected to network i didn't know what that mean it should go to the next step
