Has anyone experienced a call not ringing, regardless if the phone is idle or being in use?
For both Messenger and FaceTime, there are times where someone would call and it would not ring. At times, it won’t even notify as a missed call. Same with messages (Messenger and iMessage), it won’t notify immediately.
I’m using an iPhone 13. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

It seems like you aren't able to get notifications/alerts for FaceTime calls and iMessages, and even some third party messaging services as well, right?
First, make sure your iPhone is updated to the latest version of the iOS software: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Once updated, make sure you don't have a Focus set that may be preventing FaceTime notifications: Use Focus on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
We would then suggest checking for any possible Screen Time restrictions if the issue continues: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
