I would love to help you, as I use my iPad quite a lot on a day to day basis, but I need more details. Can you please provide more details and explanation?


What model iPad do you have? iPad, Mini, Air, Pro? Wi-Fi Only, or Wi-Fi + Cellular


What iOS is it running?


Are you on the Hello screen, or are you through the initial setup and on the Home Screen?


What have you tried doing already?


What does it do when you try to connect it to your Network?


Is this issue connecting to Wi-Fi, a Hotspot, or Cellular Data?
