Cannot verify WhatsApp on new phone

I just updated to a new iPhone 12 and cannot reinstall my WhatsApp because I don’t receive the verification text or call. I tried restarting, deleting and downloading latest version of app. Turning wifi and cellular on and off.

You will need to contact WhatsApp for help with their software, this is not an Apple product.
