TikTok thought you were asking about your Apple ID.

While you might have set up a TikTok account with the same email and even the same password that you used for your Apple ID, that doesn't mean you used your Apple ID to log into TikTok. You need to go back to TikTok and leave out any mention of Apple ID as it is not relevant.
