How do you change name on this Apple community forum?

We are end users like. We cannot change you name.

Brian has reporting privileges and has taking the appropriate action—notifying our moderators of your desire to change. They will contact you by email to work out what new name you wish to use. As he said, watch your incoming emails for that message.
