Updating my iPhone.

So my iPhone will not allow me to update it because it says my iTunes/AppleID has been deactivated. I went to my local Apple store and they told me to contact iTunes support. I have already logged into my account, I have been able to access all of my accounts and I have updated my password, but every time I try to add more storage it says my accounts either won't work or they have been deactivated.
