I have tried everything on the support site and still can't get messages and facetime to work anymore. Please help.
What is the exact issue and what specifically have you tried? If the issue is messages and facetime; perhaps its icloud related?
perhaps it is but there's a support page that lists 7 things to do, sign in and out, press command+option+p+r when you sign in and reboot, and face time and messages do not appear on the cloud and when I open the apps I can't log into my apple id even when it's logged into the website it says to go to apple.id.apple.com - i do it there again and nothing. I have the music good to go and notes but not messages and facetime.
i have tried all this and still can't get messages and facetime to work, please help. it used to work
