Apple can replace the back glass on iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 models only.

Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar to have apple do it. It is not something you can do yourself. And if more than the back glass is broken, the entire phone will have to be replaced. You'll be offered an Out of Warranty replacement at about 60% of the cost of the phone when new, or if you purchased AppleCare+ when you purchased the phone and it is still valid at a greatly reduced cost.

You cannot order parts from Apple. Only Apple Stores or actual Apple Authorized Service Providers can order and replace parts on an iPhone.
