Apple ID inactive

I have an Apple ID that I created for my son and I entered it in iPad. My son tried to put some wrong password multiple times and now it’s inactive. When I try to select forget password it just simple shows that “this Apple ID is not active”. I would really appreciate if you reactive my Apple ID or just simple deactivate it.
