I forgot my iPhone passcode

after I click restore after following instruction it gives me another Option to restore and update or cancel , I tried to restore and update and there was a era and it occurred multiple times

restore iPhone SE due to forgotten passcode I have been in contact with the Apple experts and have followed all the steps they gave me to restore my iPhone. I get to the point where Apple Devices says "restore iPhone" and click on that button, but nothing happens. I have tried updating the iTunes and Apple Devices Apps, and both say I have the latest versions installed.
