Justanapplehelper,

Is your iPhone running the latest iOS 15.6.1? If not, let's use the steps below to get updated:

1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see two software update options available, choose the one that you want to install.
The Settings app on iPhone showing options to update to iOS 14.8 or iOS 15.

5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.

You can also find those steps in this resource: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support Updating can help address odd behaviors, and may help with renewing that particular certificate.

Should that still persist after updating, clearing the website data on your iPhone would also be a helpful troubleshooting step: If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support That process doesn't impact any other data or information on your iPhone, such as photos or videos.

1. Go to Settings > Safari.
2. Tap Clear History and Website Data.
3. Tap Clear History and Data to confirm.

Let us know your results, and we'll keep moving forward from there.

Hello Justanapplehelper,

We understand that you would like to remove an expired certificate from your device. We will be glad to assist. To manually remove an installed certificate, go to Settings > General > Device Management, select a profile, tap More Details, then tap the certificate to remove it. If you remove a certificate that’s required for accessing an account or network, the iPhone or iPad can no longer connect to those services. For more information visit: Certificates - Support - Apple Developer

Cheers!

Hi. I went into calendar & saw a bunch of them. I went into each one & unsubscribed. As I was in calendar. Infodavis kept popping up on my screen 4 times while I was in there.

It must of worked. Haven’t seen it popping up last night or today at all. What a relief. Thanks!

Why are annoying or bad people putting stuff in my calendar anyway? I don’t remember subscribing to any of this bull crap. Wish I could block that junk & scammers. They should all be in jail.

Justanapplehelper,

Thanks for verifying that information for us. There's a chance that you may have accidentally subscribed to an unwanted calendar invitation or event notification that's actually a spam. Let's follow these next steps to see if this will help remove the random pop up of this specific certificate:

"Delete spam calendars and events on iPhone

If you get unwanted calendar invitations or event notifications, you might have accidentally subscribed to a spam calendar. To remove the events, delete the calendar subscription.

How to remove calendar spam on your iPhone in iOS 14.6 or later

  1. Open the Calendars app.
  2. Tap the unwanted Calendar event.
  3. Tap Unsubscribe from this Calendar at the bottom of the screen.
  4. To confirm, tap Unsubscribe. "

These steps are outlined in this helpful article: Delete spam calendars and events on iPhone - Apple Support

From there, please test and see if this certificate continues to pop up on your screen. We look forward to hearing back from you with an update.

Kind regards.

who ever infodavis is it’s annoying popping up on my screen all the time when I’m using my phone. When I hit details of it. I sent you pics of what it is. Why can’t there be a delete or block option to get rid of them? He. She. Them. Whoever they are that tried whatever on my phone 2/18/22 -5/19/22. You saw pics of it? Now I deal with this disturbing infodavis cannot be verified bull crap. Not trusted. Its like being violated everyday or something.
