Have you explored all possibilities which maybe...

  1. Third-party apps making that sound for some activities
  2. Reminders
  3. Calendar Event alerts
  4. Notifications
  5. Some downloads triggered by you.


Thumb Rules:

  1. Enable  Guided Access before handing over an iPhone to kids
  2. Don't share Apple IDs
  3. Don't Jailbreak
