Integrated call logs issue

Phone app the recents call records shows all the logs of other apps like whats app, Instagram, Facebook, skype, whats app business, signal, Snapchat and all other apps which are installed on the mobile. It is very irritating to find out who call us recently on our mobile number. we tried every option available, but nothing worked. If there is no option to remove integrated call logs then apple needs to seriously work on the issue on top priority, if there is any option to remove integrated call logs then please help us.
