P. Phillips has provided you with the method on how to remove a kernel extension on a Mac. You would then have to locate where that extension exists on the Mac to actually remove it. These extensions, end in .kext, are typically located in one of the following folders on a Mac: /Library/Extensions or /System/Library/Extensions


You can also try searching for it by using the following command in the Terminal app: kextfind -b <kext name> -print


... so, in this case, that command should be something like: kextfind -b com.citrix.kext -print


The bottom line? As mentioned, you need to contact the developer if you need further assistance with this matter.
