It would appear reasonable, the same method may be required to Remove the Kernel Extension especially for Third Party Software
I would contract the developer and ask for instructions to do a complete removal of their product.

I tried this, but com.citrix.kext.gusb is a kernel extension and not a file. In this explanation, I read before, only files are listed but no way to remove a kernel extension.
