Does anyone know of a way to easily reformat text as title case, upper or lower case in IOS 15? I do a lot of this manually in the Notes app. The only format tools for text seem to be bold/underline/italic. and title/heading/subheading etc which isn't what I need. If IOS itself doesn't offer this, is there any third party app that can do it? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Outside of the options you've mentioned, there are currently no additional steps to take to automatically capitalize titles in iOS Notes. We welcome your suggestions and encourage you to leave feedback about features you'd like to see in the future.

Apple's own Pages app no doubt provides more formatting options than Notes.
Otherwise do a google search for articles that review such apps, such as

Yes, I tried that previously, doesn’t help. Some of Apple’s apps I know have limited functionality in order to leave the field open to developers and that’s fine for Notes. I know lots of people who use Notes and are happy with it.
If I grasped your question, you might need to select the text you want, then tap on the "Aa" icon (above the keyboard) and choose an option. You can give it a try.
