World Clock

Why does world clock not have the capitals of each USA state? I recently traveled to North Dakota and I wasn’t able to add the capital of North Dakota to my world clock but had to add some small town. Can Apple look into adding more cities, especially the capitals, to the world clock? Thanks.

Usually they have one of the biggest cities (most known) in that time zone. It is unnecessary to have all the major cities.
