Depending on the message..if you had it repaired by someone other than Apple …it will remain.

If you had the battery replaced by an unauthorized service provider or did it yourself, you can’t get rid of that.
If you did not replace the battery or had it done by Apple, that would indicate it’s failing. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar.
