It seems update is difficult Why!

Just to make sure I understand you correctly, can you please verify that you are doing the following:

• On your iPhone 11, select Settings > General > Software Update
• The resulting screen will show your current iOS version. If your iPhone is eligible for an upgrade, you will be prompted to do so.

I’m not sure what you mean by “page to page.” Can you please explain and let us know exactly where in the process you are seeing the problem. We are happy to help if we can.
