Losing format in subtitles

i add sub-titles to my movies using the right lower third the changing size, colour and outline. during the rendering process some, not all of the subtitles revert to the default. It is a massive pain. Am I doing something wrong in my workflow or is it a bug The correct closed caption process creates unnecessarily large file sizes

Switch off background rendering in Playback preferences. Wondering if a combination of emojis and styles is the problem. Can you post a screenshot of the text settings font, size, color, outline, shadow, those things?

Yes, ignore what I said about closed captions. The issue is I use 'Right'; lower third to create caption changing size colour and outline and position from the standard but during rendering some (not all) of these revert to the standard losing my changes. i then have to redo these before exporting the movie to Compressor. I hope this clarifies the issue. Thanks for your help

Did you read what I said about deleting Generated files not rendering before sending to Compressor?

Are you changing each title manually, or are you duplicating the title, or are you using a saved title setting? I assume there are a lot of titles. Trying to see where the problem is when reproducing what you’re doing.
