Face ID and passcode option in settings is gone

How do I get it to be there? I just got a new phone and skipped the Face ID set up by saying I’d do it later and there isn’t a option to do it now

How do i turn off face id on my iphone?? Did you set up Screen Time and remove the option to change passcode settings?
