messages on Mac is not responding g
My messages on Mac stopped responding a few days back. been with apple support for the last three days and the problem is not resolved.

If you have been working with Apple Support directly, there is probably not much else anyone here can add to assist you with this ... especially, since we don't know what they have done to help you with so far. Without any of those details, we may just end up repeating what you (& they) have tried and were unsuccessful with.
