Want to optimize Monterey Mail like I did with earlier operating systems.

sqlite3 ~/Library/Mail/V9/MailData/Envelope\ Index vacuum;

I get this error "A identifier can’t go after this identifier"

This sort of thing used to work in Big Sur, but not in Monterey. How can I vacuum the mail database now?

There is a sqlite3 at /usr/bin/sqlite3
