My Iphone XR is glitching where I cannot get into the apps, or try to reset the iphone. It's not frozen, but I just can't get into any of my apps each time I press onto it. I can swipe and scroll or move around icons. I can't even get on contact with siri on my phone, so I'm not sure what to do.

My Iphone XR cannot shut down with the volume and turn off button. The screen is functional, but I cannot enter in any of the apps.
