I have bought a iPhone, iWatch, and AppleTV - how do I apply the free months of Apple TV+ to my wife's account already setup?

The offer is for the first registered user of the new eligible Apple device.
To share this Apple TV+ subscription with family members, you may set up a Family Sharing group. Once set up, any Apple TV+ subscription is automatically shared with the group, for each group member through their own account.
