Hi, we went to the apple markville shopping center twice time already but the phone still doesn’t work and shows SIM card not installed

I went to the apple mark I’ll shopping center three times already to fix the phone

We haven’t the phone to use and wasted time to go to the genuine bar to fix the phone but it is still doesn’t work. I expect to replace a new phone
