It has come to my attention that a very important animal is missing the capybara the reason I bring this up is the dodo gets an emoji but the Capybara doesn’t I just think we should have a capybara emoji especially since they’ve grown in popularity thanks to social media
Emojis are generally created by the Unicode Consortium, not Apple. Click here, and if it hasn't already been submitted, file a proposal.
For national flags, and ones from similar organizations, they need to have an ISO-3166 code, and the device manufacturer needs to implement the flag.
