Is there anyway to increase the RAM on IPAD Model A1458 so I can get updates?
If not, how do I delete all personal data from this IPAD?

There is no way to increase RAM on any iPad. Additionally the iPad 4th generation (A1458) cannot be updated beyond iOS 10.3.3 regardless of RAM.
