I have a boots reward card (not payment card) and have recently changed iPhones. Please can someone advise how to remove this card from my wallet of my old card (even though it has been wiped of data) so that I can add the card to the wallet on my new phone?
I get this message from the Boots app:
"This Advantage Card has already been added to a wallet on an Apple account. Cards can only be linked to one account at a time".

go to iCloud.com and sign in. Then go to account settings>click on the old device - remove Apple Pay from device.
Did you contact the boots people and ask them to reset any certificates/tokens for the card?
Are you using the same Apple ID on the new device?
Hello - thank you for your help.
However, the old device has been removed from my Apple account as it has been part exchanged for my new phone. Also, this method only removes payment cards, not reward cards from my Apple pay account. This was the reason I specified reward, not payment card.
Any further advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
