my subway surfers app on my iPhone freezes on loading. I don't want to lose my data

  1. Start by deleting the app
  2. Force reboot your device - Force reboot device - Apple Support
  3. Go to settings>general>reset>and reset your network settings.
  4. Add the app again. If it does not work contact the app developer.
