my subway surfers app freezes on opening

my subway surfers app on my iPhone freezes on loading. I don't want to lose my data

Start by deleting the app
Force reboot your device - Force reboot device - Apple Support
Go to settings>general>reset>and reset your network settings.
Add the app again. If it does not work contact the app developer.
